“Coffee Talk” is a series of events that ignites the spirit of women over conversation and connection over coffee. Join us!

Leadership, whether you're leading a business, a family, or something else, isn’t just strategic — it’s deeply personal.

This talk is for women entrepreneurs, mothers, caregivers, and female heads of households who are building meaningful lives and businesses while quietly carrying the emotional load of everyone else.

Here, we will name the truth no one warns you about: leadership surfaces your patterns, stress responses, and old narratives. For many women, unresolved trauma and chronic stress show up as burnout, anxiety, over-functioning, emotional exhaustion, and mental health struggles that often go unseen.

But it doesn’t have to stay that way.

In this session, you’ll gain practical, research-informed tools to help you:

You will walk away with concrete strategies you can begin using immediately to create healthier boundaries, regulate your nervous system, and build sustainable leadership from the inside out.
