FEATURED PRESENTATION: Lead with Purpose in Unprecedented Times: Embrace Change, Dream, Plan, Execute
Leadership in uncertain times demands grit, vision, and steadfast resolve. The path forward is found in tapping into core values, embracing change with purpose, and holding fast to a greater vision. Grounded in principles that empower leaders to dream boldly, plan wisely, and execute with clarity, this session illuminates how adversity becomes a catalyst for lasting success.
Leveraging her experience as a business entrepreneur and a founder & CEO, former White House Commissioned Officer, and HR expert, Rebecca’s message resonates with those seeking to transform their leadership, expand their opportunities, and grow their organization through building a high performing culture and team. Rebecca’s professional achievements span across both the public and private sector serving several iconic Texas political leaders during her time in state and federal government. She started her state career serving the late Ann Richards, then State Treasurer and then went off to serve under first Governor of Texas then President George W. Bush. She is currently the CEO of AvantGarde LLC (AG), an award-winning consulting firm she co-founded as majority owner in 2011. AG, has grown into a thriving 120+employee practice with employees in seven states including Texas, in Georgetown TX where she is HQ as well with offices in the broader Washington DC metro area.
