Regifted Grace Ministry

Caregiving for someone you love is a painful and poignant journey. It's usually learned by "on-the-job training." There is no one-stop manual. I was a care partner and life manager for both my parents, especially with my mom, as they proceeded through each stage of Alzheimer's. My YouTube channel share lessons and tools that I learned through caregiving in order to inspire you to find passionate patience, look for collateral beauty rather than collateral damage, and to recognize that it's okay to store toothpaste in an underwear drawer. Through videos and live chats, we'll discuss research studies relating to caregiver stress, suicide rates, and the finding that emotions last longer than memories. Alzheimer's, so far, is 100% fatal, five million Americans have it, and 66% of them are women. I am at moderate risk for getting Alzheimer's, and I refuse to go down without a fight. Most importantly, this channel is meant to encourage you. You are brave, you are loving, and you CAN do this.
