Subject: PROPOSAL FOR WOMEN, CHILDREN, AND LEADERSHIP MINISTRY IN INDIA Introduction: I am Pastor Apostle Naveen Kumar Valluri, serving the Lord in Samarlakota, Andhra Pradesh, India. For the past 30 years, God has given me a deep burden to minister among women, children, and pastors, especially those who are poor, disabled, blind, abandoned, or suffering. With a heart to show Christ’s love through actions, compassion, and genuine service, I have been working faithfully among tribal communities, slums, villages, beggars, and struggling families, teaching and strengthening many tribal churches. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to uplift the broken, empower God’s servants, and bring hope to those whom society often forgets. For three decades, I have dedicated myself to encouraging, teaching, and guiding women, children, and pastors through the Word of God—building lives, shaping futures, and advancing the Kingdom of God. WOMEN: OUR VISION FOR WOMEN IN INDIAN SOCIETY Women in India: Facing Deep-Rooted Discrimination and Daily Challenges: Across many parts of India—especially in rural, tribal, and marginalized communities—women continue to face severe discrimination that affects every part of their lives. Although our nation has made progress in education, health, and law, the reality on the ground remains painful for millions of women. Seeing these ongoing struggles and tragic experiences, my wife and I committed ourselves to serve the underprivileged and oppressed women who face challenges and fight daily for survival. We carry a strong vision with impactful ideas to empower women in Indian society. These projects can transform women’s lives, restore their self-respect, and equip them to become powerful instruments for the Kingdom of God. “Women are not weak vessels; they are powerful instruments for the Gospel and for building the Kingdom of God within the church, in society, and across nations.” Through the Hadassah Immanuel Foundation, we have developed a mission to empower women from tribal, Dalit, and economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Many face emotional wounds, financial struggles, and spiritual limitations. Our programs aim to strengthen them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. 1. SKILL DEVELOPMENT & ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT Many women lack income-generating skills. Through short workshops, they can learn stitching, handicrafts, food preparation, and simple business ideas. They also learn how to use their skills for income generation, gaining self-confidence and recognizing their God-given abilities. This helps them become self-reliant and reduces financial pressure on families. 2. HEALTH, HYGIENE & FAMILY WELL-BEING In rural areas, women often have limited awareness of personal hygiene, reproductive health, and child safety. Workshops cover women’s health, cleanliness, hygiene, nutrition for families, and prevention of seasonal illnesses. This improves the long-term well-being of families and communities. 3. EMOTIONAL & SPIRITUAL HEALING Many women carry emotional wounds from poverty, abuse, and abandonment. Spiritual sessions provide teaching on identity in Christ, personal counselling, prayer, and inner healing. This builds strong, confident, spiritually rooted women who can lead others. 4. CARING FOR WIDOWS AND SPECIAL-NEEDS WOMEN A major part of our ministry is serving widows, abandoned women, and women with mental, emotional, or physical challenges who face severe neglect in society. A. Support for Widows: Widows in rural and tribal areas face social rejection, loneliness, lack of income, and limited access to food, clothing, and medical care. Through prayer, counselling, essential supplies, and encouragement programs, we restore dignity, hope, and spiritual strength to them. B. Support for Special-Needs Women: Many women suffer from mental health issues, developmental disorders, trauma, or physical disabilities. They are often ignored or misunderstood. We offer compassionate care, therapeutic activities, family guidance, spiritual comfort, hygiene supplies, and basic necessities. This ministry brings healing and restores value to women who are often forgotten. Conclusion Your visit to India will bring a multi-dimensional impact: uplifting women emotionally, spiritually, and economically; caring for children through practical support and spiritual guidance; and equipping leaders with strong training that strengthens the whole mission. We believe this visit will expand the mission, improve community well-being, and build a strong foundation for future ministry.
