The Rally will officially kick off at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, April 8th, and end around 9:00 pm, Saturday, April 12th. Many to most attendees will be arriving a day or two prior to the rally and staying a night or two after the rally, so they can enjoy all the rally-related activities. Yes, we have more informal activities prior to and after the rally.

This rally is not only for HDT RV's, but anyone interested in the HDT RV lifestyle. We will even have a "Display of Trucks" time setup so you can tour all the trucks as the options and customization is as varied as the RV interiors.

Your registration costs include your rally registration fees, the nightly fees for your site (Wednesday April 8th to Sunday April 12th), and the fees Eventbrite charges to process your payment. Yes, your rally costs are for all 4 nights of the rally even if you are only staying for 2 or 3 nights. You are more than welcome to reserve your stay for longer to enjoy more personal socialization time with those that also arrive earlier or depart later. However, if you wish to arrive Tuesday, April 7th, or earlier, or depart Monday, April 13th, or later, you will need to follow the instructions in the emailed confirmation you receive after registering to make arrangements for your extended time

There will be no refunds after 30 days prior to the rally unless the WagonMasters are able to fill your site.
