Now in its fourth year, The Concilio's Summit: Beyond the Numbers continues its mission of elevating insights and sparking action around the key forces shaping North Texas. In past summits, we’ve explored the intersection of health, education, and wealth and the importance of Narratives around these topics. This year, we take the conversation further by focusing on how academic and economic outcomes are connected, influenced by family dynamics, access to opportunity, and community support.

North Texas is one of the fastest-growing regions in the country, with demographic shifts driving the future of our workforce, schools, and economy. Yet too often, the data used to guide decisions misses the full picture, or the people behind the numbers. Data tells us what is happening; stories tell us why it matters.

The 4th Annual Summit: Beyond the Numbers invites community leaders, professionals, and changemakers to go deeper. Through data insights, lived experiences, and engaging dialogue, we’ll explore what it takes to foster inclusive growth and shared prosperity in our region.

From the launch of the 2025 State of Latinos Report to interactive workshops, this gathering creates space for reflection, connection, and collective action.

Attendees will engage with new research, hear from local changemakers, and participate in dynamic conversations that connect personal stories to data insights.
