The world’s most famous German celebration has been going strong for over 200 years. Luckily, the most traditional and longest running Oktoberfest in Austin happens right here, thanks to the German-Texan Heritage Society!

📍 Where: In the heart of the Red River Cultural District at one of Austin’s best-kept secrets, the historic German Free School and its beautiful terraced gardens. Located at 507 East 10th Street, Austin, Texas 78701

What to expect?

• All things German: plus a hearty dose of Gemütlichkeit (that warm, welcoming, belong-like-family feeling).
• 🎶 Live music all day:
• Yodel Blitz (11:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
• Walburg Boys (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM)
• Off the Grid (5:30 PM – 7:00 PM)

Beer by Paulaner, Hofbrau, Hacker-Pschorr, Stiegl

• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family-friendly fun, with free entry for kids 12 & under.
• 🍽 Authentic German food & drinks, including our beloved Oktoberfest beer.
