Bringing different Flava each week to keep it fresh & keep you inspired. This class is all about confidence, foundations, feeling good, and building a community around the passion for dance.

What to Expect Each Month: Fresh moves every week – no stale routines here!

1st Tuesday - New Jack Swing (Party Grooves) 

2nd Tuesday - Breakin’ Fundamentals 

3rd Tuesday - Choreography 

4th Tuesday - House Dance
