In-Person Course Registration Policies

Minimum Participant Count

• We require a minimum of six (6) participants to host this in-person course. If we do not receive sufficient participant registrations, we will cancel the course and issue a full refund promptly. We will make the final GO/NO-GO call four weeks before the course start date. 

Transfers

• A one-time transfer to a different date for the same course is free of charge.

Refunds

• Cancellations made more than four weeks before the course date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within four weeks of the course date are eligible for a 70% refund.

No-show policy

• Your fees will be forfeited in case of a no-show.
