Downtown Abilene’s official Cinco de Mayo after party is happening at Grain Theory, and you won’t want to miss this one! Whether you’re coming for the parade, the beer, or the vibes—we’ve got something for everyone, all from the best seat in the house: our second-story balcony patio overlooking Pine Street.

🎭 Parade Watch Party Starts at 6:00 PM

We’re kicking off the night by turning our upstairs balcony into the perfect parade viewing spot. The official Cinco de Mayo Parade begins at 6:00 PM, and we’ve got the best view in town! All tables are first come, first served, so come early and settle in with a cold beer.

🎶 Cinco de Mayo Music Bingo (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

Music Bingo is taking over the taproom with a specially themed playlist packed with Tejano, Cumbia, Spanish-language bangers, Latin pop, and more! Hosted by our in-house DJ, Justin T Walker, this interactive game-night-meets-dance-party is free to play, easy to join, and ridiculously fun.
