On Monday, September 23rd at 6 PM, Executive Chef Ilias will guide you through the art of fresh pasta making. You’ll craft three different pasta shapes from scratch, learning traditional Italian techniques and tips along the way.

After class, indulge in a three-course dinner featuring the pasta you’ve created, thoughtfully paired with Italian wines to complement each dish. Guests will also take home a special Marmo goodie bag to keep the pasta-making magic going at home.
