Join us for an event unlike any other. There will be a free fitness class for all skill levels, followed by coffee/snacks and expert led health workshops.

Trouble with pelvic floor muscle weakness? Do you accidentally pee when you workout or sneeze too hard? Dr. Kelsey Burrow will teach you all about pelvic floor weakness.
