In this one hour, lunch-time class, our instructors will inspire you to incorporate Hatch chiles into a variety of dishes. You'll sit back, relax, and enjoy while picking up tips on how to make a quick meal taste even better. 

For ages 18 & up. Alcohol will not be served in this class.

• Bruschetta with Roasted Tomatoes & Hatch Chiles

• Pasta Carbonara with Hatch Chiles, Pancetta & Asparagus

• Hatch Chile & Apple Cupcakes with Mascarpone & Cream Cheese Icing

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
