Through a beautiful synergy of gentle movement, sound healing, acupuncture, and guided meditation, we offer a supportive container for your nervous system to be nurtured and relaxed.

We will take time to share in circle, reflecting and connecting with each other on the journey of motherhood. A space to be gently witnessed of the triumphs and tribulations that comes with being a mother, giving space to vulnerability - moving from isolation to community. 

This event is an opportunity to let go, reconnect with yourself, and create harmonization in your being. Whether you're a new mom, raising teens, or have been mothering for decades, this is a space to be supported, cared for, seen, and with community.
