Tuna Carpaccio

Paper thin sushi grade ahi tuna topped with charred watermelon, pickled fresnos, caper berries, and micro arugula finished with colatura and extra  olive oil.

Summer Raviolo

House made raviolo filled with ricotta, basil, and parmesan cheese, served in a corn cream sauce, topped with crispy pancetta and micro basil.

Intermezzo

Tomato water shooter.

Vitello Toscano

Marinated bone in veal chop grilled and topped with salsa verde, served with a fregola, tomato and arugula salad and grilled lemons.

Ricotta Zeppoli

Fried ricotta donuts tossed in cinnamon sugar and served with espresso chocolate sauce, cherry jam, and salted caramel.
