Crestview Church of Christ is partnering with the Tim Tebow Foundation with help from Elite Therapy Group and Friends for Life to host Night to Shine!

Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience, centered on God's love, for people with special needs, ages 14 and older. On one night, churches around the world will host Night to Shine for thousands of honored guests, and we want you to be a part of it!

How can you be a part of this night?

Hundreds of volunteers from around the Heart of Texas work together for Night to Shine. These 400+ volunteer opportunities are open to anyone. All we're asking for right now is your willingness and availability!

While there are many volunteer opportunities for Night to Shine, our greatest need is for buddies who will partner with our Kings and Queens throughout the evening.

Here is a description of other volunteer opportunity we have available: (Please read before continuing to the next page):

Volunteer Opportunities:

Buddy—You will accompany a King or Queen all night as they ride in limos, sing karaoke, play games, dance, or eat. This is a deeply rewarding experience as you share a life–long memory with our honored guests. No special skills are required, and we will have special training to ensure you both have a terrific evening. Specially trained volunteers will be available to assist you throughout the event.

Registration—Greet volunteers and guests. Help Kings & Queens get signed in. Give volunteers their lanyards and direct them to their team leader for a pre-event meeting on helping give their assigned guest the best experience possible.

Makeup, shoe shine, or coat check—Help our Kings and Queens get ready for this big event.

Food Service—Serve food to guests in main event space and Respite Room. Be knowledgeable about the items and assist guests in finding what they would like (especially if they have dietary restrictions or allergies) and refill food warmers, drinks, and snacks.

Parking Lot Team—Maintain a parking pattern and direct traffic for easy vehicle entry and exit. Maintain open fire and emergency lanes.

Respite Room—Love on the parents/caretakers by serving food, spending time getting to know them, and being available to pray for them.

Games/Karaoke—Lead some strategic activities and Karaoke environments and ensure our guests are having a great time.

Tear Down Team—Take down decorations, tables, chairs, etc., and clean up the event space.
