Sacred Sound Sundays

Sacred Sound Sundays is a heart-centered sound healing experience designed to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your inner wisdom. Guided by Dr. Mal (Mallory D. McCoy, Ed.D.) and co-facilitated by Alexandria Scherff, each session is a sacred invitation to pause, release, and realign through the transformative power of sound, meditation, and breathwork.

Set in an intentional and welcoming space, our sessions weave together ancient healing tools—crystal singing bowls, buffalo drums, ocean drums, wind chimes, and voice—with spiritual guidance, nervous system regulation, and deep energetic restoration.

We're excited to add another session feature: live harp by Joy Hervey, a classically trained multi-instrumentalist and gifted harpist.

🧘🏾‍♂️ What to Bring:

To fully settle into the space, please bring:

• A yoga mat
• A blanket or shawl to keep warm during stillness
• A pillow, bolster, or cushion (for comfort and body support)
• A water bottle
• An open heart and intention for your healing
• (Optional) A small sacred item to place beside your mat — like a crystal, photo, or grounding object

Come as you are — in clothing that feels soft, warm, and safe to simply exist in.
