This class centers around the theme “Center & Soften”, with a focus on hip openers, shoulder and neck release, and grounding breathwork.

You’ll be guided through a nourishing sequence designed to help you land in your body, quiet the mind, and soften into presence.After practice, we’ll steep together — sipping warm herbal tea and sharing conscious community in the cozy, plant filled space of The Blessings Gallery.
