Located centrally in the Dallas / Fort Worth Metroplex, the Ruthe Jackson Center provides a convenient location for your next event.

At over 8,500 column-free square feet, the Ballrooms are the largest of the Center’s rooms. With a movable wall, enhanced acoustical panels, built-in screen and audio, three exquisite seven-foot imported crystal chandeliers, rich wall coverings, and a beautiful arched window, these rooms add a touch of elegance to any event.

Equipped to meet the needs of even the most progressive business professional. The boardroom features a 90-inch wall-mounted monitor, data ports, teleconferencing capabilities, and Wi-Fi access. The conference table seats 18 with additional perimeter seating for 10. This room also doubles as a spacious groom’s suite when our mirrors, wardrobes, and poker table are included!

About the Speaker:

Yeli Marshall is the Chief Chocolate Officer and founder of Yelibelly Chocolates, a chocolate company based in Addison. Known for fusing high-end confections with creative flair, Yeli’s mission is to turn everyday moments into extraordinary experiences—preferably coated in chocolate.

When she’s not crafting custom logo chocolates or dreaming up wild creations like liquid nitrogen ice cream, Yeli travels speaking to groups about chocolate, entrepreneurship, and how to sweeten the client experience—literally. Her hands-on classes and interactive tasting events are as unforgettable as her bonbons.

Yeli firmly believes that chocolate should be fun, business gifts should be delicious, and no event is complete without a little edible magic.
