Vendor Registration - 21st Annual Red De Promotora de Salud Conference

Welcome Vendors! The Planning Committee would like to invite your agency to participate to set up a Vendor Table to introduce itself to Community Health Workers of the New Mexico, Texas, and Juarez to offer agency literature and products, provide health screenings and promote the importance of Environmental Health. This event is a great opportunity to showcase your products and services to a diverse audience. Don't miss out on this chance to connect with health promoters and professionals.

• Vendor participants will be provided with one table and two chairs at the event.
• Vendor must set up by 7:30 AM.
• All vendors are also encouraged to donate a gift of any kind or a pack of water.
• Applications must be returned by Friday October 5, 2025.

We hope you can make this event to educate the Community Health Workers on your organization’s mission and vision for the community. By your organizations participation, you all will continue to improve our community’s health and raise awareness in the importance working side by side with Community Health Workers.
