Join us Thursday, August 21st at Vista Brewing's Driftwood ranch as we welcome our friends from William Chris Vineyards for a special wine pairing dinner experience.

Vista Brewing and William Chris Vineyards have worked together on numerous barrel aged beer projects, and we love to showcase their delicious, authentic Texas wines at our popular pairing dinner events.

Vista’s Chef Michael McNeilly has created a delicious menu of elevated Hill Country cuisine, uniquely paired with three wines from WCV and two beers from Vista.

We will begin the evening at 6:30 p.m. with a welcome bite and glass of bubbly before gathering around farmhouse tables (in the cold AC!) for a three course meal with wine pairings.

Welcome Bite: Chilled Crab Elote Custard with 2024 SPARKLING SAUVIGNON BLANC 'Pét Nat” style Texas High Plains

First Course: 2022 Cinsaut - Texas High Plains with Merguez Cous Cous Salad

Main Course: 2021 Mourvèdre - Texas High Plains with Duck Eggplant Caviar (Smoked Duck Breast with Fig & Black Garlic Molasses over Eggplant Caviar)

Dessert: Daydreamer Crème Brûlée (Sparkling Strawberry Compote over House Made Vanilla Crème Brûlée) paired with two Vista beers aged in William Chris barrels:

• Daydreamer - Barrel Aged Sour Ale with Strawberry (2025 US Beer Open Gold Medal Winner)
• Against the Currant- Barrel Aged Sour Ale with Black Currant
