An evening of nourishing, supported Sacred Breathwork, Conscious, Connected, Circular Breathing—Rebirthing Breathwork. You will be guided for a full hour of Breathwork incorporating healing energy (hands-on or in the space) and various instruments such as drums, rattles, koshi chimes, or other melodic and rhythmic instruments, all to a high-vibrational playlist.

Soma, means body from the Greek word sōma.

Yes, this is Somatic work as you will be aware of your own body's internal and external sensations and perceptions. We hold memory, emotions and trauma in our bodies which is tied to our experiences.

Our breath is a beautiful teacher and connector to our own Divine Essence and Truth, feeling a deeper connection to us and all that is, letting go of what is no longer supporting and serving us, and clarity and so much more!!!

I see private clients in Austin, Texas and also virtually.

I am a trained and certified Breathwork facilitator in the lineage of Leonard Orr (The Father of Rebirthing Breathwork) and Clarity Breathwork! I was fortunate to be part of a Year-Long Seminar with Leonard in 2016, and I did immersive training with Clarity Breathwork in Costa Rica, Northern California, Bali, and virtually! I have over 500+ hours of Breathwork Training. My commitment to ongoing learning ensures you receive the best possible support during your sessions. I'm doing the work too! I'm always a student of breathwork, always learning, going to breathwork workshops and retreats, and most importantly, doing the work myself by having private 1:1 breathwork sessions with my various breathwork teachers and mentors.
