We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Office Manager who’s ready to take ownership of our day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both running the show behind the scenes and providing support to high level leadership and office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office operations, including client correspondence and general admin tasks.
- Process accounts receivable/payable, and support basis bookkeeping tasks
- Knowledge of payroll processing and tracking for certified payroll reports
- Track job expenses, change orders, and help ensure profitability across multiple projects
- Generate weekly project reports to support better decision-making and planning
- Familiar with Texas sales tax processing and filing
What We’re Looking For
- 3 or more years of experience in office management, ideally within the commercial construction industry
- Proficiency with business software tools (e.g., project management, billing, accounting platforms such as Sage 100, Data Forma, Textura, Exaktime or similar)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Clear communicator, both written and verbal in English, Spanish a plus
- A dependable, punctual professional with strong time and attendance habits
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in business or construction management is a plus
