Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Accounting Manager to join our accounting department and play a pivotal role in the financial backbone of our fast-growing organization. Based at our beautiful Jupiter, FL headquarters, this position offers the opportunity to oversee all accounting operations and financial reporting processes for our multi-entity restoration business while embodying our values and supporting our mission of excellence and expansion.

The Accounting Manager will lead accounting functions across multiple locations, drive process improvements, and manage a growing accounting team in our dynamic restoration and reconstruction environment. This role requires a detail-oriented manager who can ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance standards, and pursue process improvements. From managing month-end close processes to implementing cutting-edge automation tools, you'll be at the forefront of accounting processes that directly impact our ability to serve clients and expand our reach.

This is a primarily at-location position with some hybrid/remote flexibility after 90 days.

• Lead all accounting operations: GL, A/P, A/R, etc., either directly or through their respective subdepartment supervisors
• Lead monthly and yearly close processes across multiple entities
• Prepare financial reports and analyze budget variances
• Lead and develop accounting team
• Ensure compliance and coordinate tax filings
• Implement process improvements and automation tools
