Job Summary (AS400 Migration Consultant – CDK IntelliDealer Transition)

Remote

Lead the decommissioning of legacy AS400 data and systems as part of a migration to CDK IntelliDealer.
Analyze, plan, and execute AS400 data extraction, migration, and validation activities.
Serve as a strategic advisor on data mapping, data integrity, and system dependencies.
Identify risks, inefficiencies, and special cases in current AS400 workflows.
Recommend best practices for system retirement and process improvements.
Provide clear, effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the CDK IntelliDealer implementation team to ensure a smooth transition.
Troubleshoot migration issues and guide client decisions during modernization efforts.
Apply strong leadership skills and technical insight to guide the client through critical decision points.
Utilize extensive experience with IBM AS400 (RPG, CL, DB2) and preferably dealership management systems.
