The Midwest region of ActionCOACH has 2 immediate opportunities for the right people. 

1 - Associate Coach. Be a self-employed certified business coach working closely with one or more of our existing offices. Coach clients, come and go as you please and make a difference. 

2 - Franchise Owner.  Build a business and own an asset you can sell in the future with the opportunity to build beyond yourself. Coach clients, build a team, be active or semi-passive and be in complete control of your own destiny. 

Both roles can be from a home office if you choose and will require little to no travel other than for initial onboard training and occasional conferences and retreats. 

A thorough due diligence process allows you to fully vet the opportunity, see the quality of the tools, systems, training and support and speak directly with our other coaches and franchise owners to validate the culture, opportunity and financial model. 

*Please note: the targeted salary range is based on our current coaches and franchise owners. Average and median incomes are over $200,000 with the highest performers being well over $500,000. 

This is not a claim or a guarantee as to how much money you will earn. Your income will be unique to you and depend on your fit, drive, work ethic, ability to follow our systems, training and support and if you become an Associate Coach or a Franchise Owner. Also, refer to the details in Item 19 of the FDD which you will receive during due diligence. 

Both roles are self-employed and there will be an investment for training/onboarding, access to the tools and systems and if applicable, the franchise. And only after successfully completing the mutual due diligence process and deciding to join us. The investment can be financed through 3rd parties and you can even earn a full salary from day 1.  

During due diligence you will be able to speak with any and all of our coaches and franchise owners to validate their experiences and range of incomes to determine if the ROI, income potential and overall fit is exactly what you are looking for.
