    • Senior Associate Pricing Analyst (Hybrid)

      Location: Irving, TX (must live in DFW area)

      Estimated Salary: $59,000 - $98,000 per year

      Schedule: In-office 2–3 days/week

      Overview:

      Seeking a Senior Associate Pricing Analyst to support financial modeling, pricing analysis, and process improvements for a healthcare solutions organization. This role focuses on profitability analysis, developing pricing tools, and delivering data-driven recommendations to leadership.

      Responsibilities:

      Build financial models and analyze customer/product profitability
    • Perform ad hoc data analysis to optimize pricing strategies
    • Maintain and improve pricing tools, templates, and reporting dashboards
    • Communicate deal economics and financial insights to sales and leadership
    • Identify opportunities for business development and process improvements
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support pricing decisions
    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience (internships a plus)
  • Strong data analysis and financial management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced) and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of financial statements and working capital
  • Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals or wholesale distribution a plus
