    Sports Academy is seeking a creative, results-driven, and highly organized Social Media Specialist to lead the digital storytelling and engagement efforts across our platforms. This role serves as the digital voice of our academy, responsible for showcasing our programs, athletes, employees and core values through impactful and strategic content. The Social Media Specialist will play a key role in driving online visibility, strengthening brand identity, and increasing community engagement through social media campaigns, visual storytelling, and day-to-day content execution. This individual must be skilled in digital marketing trends, data analytics, and multimedia production, and thrive in a fast-paced, sports and student-centered environment. Essential Job Duties:
    
    Lead content creation across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn), producing high-quality graphics, videos, and written posts that reflect the voice, values, and energy of Axis Sports Academy
    Build and manage a strategic content calendar that aligns with enrollment cycles, athletic events, academic milestones, and special initiatives
    Engage with the online community
    
    by responding to comments, messages, and tags in a timely and positive manner to foster strong digital relationships and academy spirit
    
    Execute and support social media campaigns
  to promote key announcements, events, athlete highlights, and program spotlights in collaboration with the marketing and athletics teams
  
  Track and analyze platform analytics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions), and provide regular reports with recommendations to refine content strategies
- Stay current on platform trends and best practices , ensuring Axis remains competitive and relevant in the rapidly evolving social media landscape
- Collaborate cross-functionally with coaching staff, academic leadership, enrollment, and media partners to ensure unified messaging and strategic alignment
- Ensure all content adheres to brand standards , including tone, aesthetics, and messaging guidelines established by the Marketing Department
- Source and coordinate multimedia production (photo, video, motion graphics) as needed for campaigns, storytelling, and promotional materials
- Represent the Academy with professionalism and enthusiasm , acting as the digital face of Axis in ways that inspire, inform, and engage both prospective families and current community members Minimum Requirements:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation, preferably within sports, education, or youth-focused sectors
- Demonstrated success in growing brand presence, managing multi-platform campaigns, and driving measurable audience engagement
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Proficiency with key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn,
Facebook, etc.) and digital tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite,

Canva, or similar)

Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to execute against tight deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally, with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications:
Agency experience or prior work with multiple brands/accounts in a fast-paced digital environment
Proven success managing data-driven campaigns, with the ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies
Expertise in visual content production, including photography, short-form video, and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience developing nurture campaigns, email templates, and branded talking points to support lead generation and community engagement Education:
