- - We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Booking Agent to coordinate travel arrangements and create personalized experiences for clients across a wide range of destinations. This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel, with a talent for organization and client service.
    
    Roles & Responsibilities
    Research and create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences
  - Book flights, accommodations, transportation, cruises, and event tickets
  - Provide expert travel advice and stay current with industry trends
  - Monitor travel restrictions and requirements, adapting plans as needed
  - Assist clients with budgeting and cost-effective planning
  - Manage bookings accurately and efficiently using company systems
  - Develop promotional materials to engage clients
  - Provide responsive pre- and post-travel client support
  - Troubleshoot and resolve travel-related issues
  - Build relationships with travel partners and explore package opportunities
  - Participate in training sessions, webinars, and familiarization trips to enhance destination knowledge
  Skills & Requirements
  18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S, UK, or Mexico
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills; sales experience is a plus
- Access to a reliable smartphone with internet connection (laptop recommended)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Personal travel experience is preferred but not required
- Customer service or hospitality background is an advantage
