What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Guide emotional conversations regarding end-of-life and quality-of-life care for pets
- Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions with pet families
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer service calls in a remote environment
- Accurately gather and document pet medical information while scheduling appointments
- Meet all productivity, quality, and performance standards while adhering to schedules
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Experience in high call volume, customer service, or call center environments
- A wired Ethernet connection is required; satellite internet and 4G/5G hotspots are not supported
- Ability to quickly learn custom software and programs, including Gmail and Zoom
- Previous experience in a work-from-home environment with minimal peer interactions
- High attention to detail and punctuality in meeting performance requirements
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in a veterinary or animal care setting
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emotional conversations
- Previous training or certification in customer service techniques
