Job Overview:
ROMA Hired is conducting a retained and confidential executive search for a client in the oil & gas industry. Our client is poised for significant growth. They are aggressively looking to grow both organically and via acquisitions. They are seeking an experienced CHRO to lead our client's HR department. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in managing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This role is critical in driving the company culture, developing our workforce, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice to senior management on HR, organizational development, and change management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and career development programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee issues and conflicts with effective resolution strategies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Design and implement performance management systems.
- Guide managers in evaluating employee performance and providing constructive feedback.
- Oversee the development and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure all HR practices comply with legal requirements and best practices.
- Utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making and track HR effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute HR initiatives effectively.
- Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
