Description
We are looking for employees who have experience in Earthwork, Sewer, Storm, and Water mainline utilities to join our team as a Foreman.
The position is for individuals who are safe, skilled, productive, and take & convey pride in workmanship, equipment, vehicles, and tools. You should be able to manage crew members and site needs and uphold personnel and site safety as well as equipment safety or functionality needs. This is a safety sensitive position.
- Supervise construction crews to ensure work is completed according to specifications, timelines, and safety standards
- Interpret blueprints and technical documents to coordinate construction activities and communicate requirements to team members
- Identify and resolve construction issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain project quality
- Both oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Cost conscious and able to adapt to changing situations
- Ability to foresee problems and proactively and safely take action to avoid them
- High level of integrity and ethical behavior
- Foreman experience in construction industry for heavy civil, commercial, residential & multifamily projects.•5+ years
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications as well as implement them
- Ability to understand cut sheets, cut/fill numbers, elevations, and pipe slopes
- Hold experience in both earthwork and underground utilities like sewer, storm, and water mains
- Experience with GPS (Leica)
- Heavy Jobs (HCSS)

- This position has a pay range of $45-$60 per hour.
