Republican Jobs is leading the search for a prominent law firm seeking a Junior Class Action Litigation Attorney to join its plaintiff-side litigation team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work on impactful class action cases alongside experienced litigators.

- Handle plaintiff-side class action cases from investigation to resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests with accuracy.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Manage depositions, hearings, and settlement discussions.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and filings.
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum two years of class action litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in pleading, motion, and discovery practice.
- BIPA/GIPA experience or Illinois bar admission is a plus.
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
