Republican Jobs is leading the search for a prominent law firm seeking a Junior Class Action Litigation Attorney to join its plaintiff-side litigation team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work on impactful class action cases alongside experienced litigators.

• Handle plaintiff-side class action cases from investigation to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests with accuracy.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Manage depositions, hearings, and settlement discussions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and filings.

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Minimum two years of class action litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in pleading, motion, and discovery practice.
• BIPA/GIPA experience or Illinois bar admission is a plus.
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
