There is no cold outreach or door-to-door work. You’ll engage with individuals who have already expressed interest and are actively seeking guidance.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and apply our established systems, workflows, and offerings
  • Speak with prospective clients who have requested information
  • Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom
  • Guide clients through their options with clarity and confidence
  • Work closely with leadership and team members to ensure a smooth client experience
  • Hit performance milestones that unlock higher income and advancement
  • Maintain compliance with state and licensing guidelines
  • Attend ongoing virtual trainings and team meetings
  • Build and maintain a long-term client portfolio using a mix of company-provided and personal referrals
  • Help households secure solutions that fit their goals and circumstances
  • Build long-term client relationships using company-provided and self-generated leads


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer support, or a related field is helpful but not required
  • Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and virtual meeting tools
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail
  • Self-directed, coachable, and driven to improve
  • Professional, confident presence on calls and video meetings
  • Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability


Requirements:

  • Ability to successfully complete a background check
  • Reliable computer, phone, and internet access
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License or willingness to obtain one quickly (support provided)
  • Availability to accommodate client schedules, including some evenings or weekends
