Description
Actuvi is a digital health platform that utilizes AI and
automated tools to transform healthcare providers from reactive care into
preventative and value-based care, making it convenient and easy for both
patients and healthcare professionals.
Role Description
As a Client Onboarding and Support Representative, you will
be responsible for the successful implementation of the Actuvi platform for new
clinics and for providing ongoing technical and operational support.
Primary Responsibilities:
Guide new clinics through the setup, configuration, and
launch of the Actuvi platform.
Conduct training sessions with clinic staff to ensure their
proficiency in using the platform.
Serve as the main point of contact for client questions and
technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related problems.
Document client interactions and technical issues.
Create and update support articles and training materials.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate client needs.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in a client-facing software support
or implementation role.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and
projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and
explaining solutions to non-technical users.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in a SaaS environment is a plus.
Familiarity with healthcare or clinical operations is a
plus, but not required.
