Role Overview:
As an Associate at Avenor Research, you will play a key role in identifying and engaging with industry experts for client projects. In this role, you'll develop foundational skills in recruitment, expert relationship management, and project coordination within the expert network industry. Ideal candidates are proactive communicators with a keen interest in learning about various industries and understanding client needs.
Responsibilities
Source and recruit industry experts for client projects, utilizing various platforms and databases.
Conduct initial outreach efforts, including cold calling, to ensure experts align with project requirements.
Coordinate and schedule consultation sessions, ensuring smooth communication between experts and clients.
Assist in building and maintaining a database of highly skilled experts across diverse fields.
Collaborate with team members on strategic client projects and contribute to team success.
Ideal Candidates Have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to work flexible and extended hours (including evenings and bank holidays) outside of the traditional workday (8:30AM-6PM), as needed based on client requests.
Interest in business, consulting, or market research is a plus.
