- - Position: CNC Machinist & Programmer
    
    Location: Mobile, AL
    
    Pay: $30/hour
    
    Experience: CNC machinist experience with focus on lathe operations and programming.
    
    Education: High School Diploma or GED.
    
    Type: Full-time; Contract
    
    Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM
    
    Clark Personnel is seeking a CNC Machinist & Programmer to join a growing and dynamic team!
    
    Job Description:
    
    Set up and operate CNC lathes to perform precision machining operations.
  - Develop and edit CNC programs to meet part specifications and tolerances.
  - Interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings.
  - Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
  - Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
  - Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with specifications.
  - Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
  - Collaborate with team members to resolve production issues and improve workflow.
  Position Requirements:
  
  Proficiency in CNC programming and operation, especially with lathes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Skilled in the use of precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
