    Schedule: Full-Time | Site & Office-Based
    About Parking Mates
    Founded in 2000, Parking Mates is a family-owned company known for delivering premium
    construction services. We are proud to be one of the largest pavement marking contractors in
    Texas, but our reputation for reliability and quality work speaks for itself. We're growing and
    looking for the right Estimator to help us expand production, improve project scheduling, and
    enhance customer relations.
    Role Overview We're seeking a Junior to Senior Estimator / Project Lead with strong
    construction knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer
    satisfaction. You’ll play a critical role in evaluating project specs, conducting site visits, building
    scopes of work, and developing accurate bids.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Analyze construction plans and bid specifications
  - Conduct job walks and meets with clients to assess project needs
  - Prepare detailed cost estimates (labor, materials, equipment)
  - Perform quantity take-offs and develop scopes of work
  - Manage incoming bid requests and project tracking databases
  - Identify and negotiate pricing with subcontractors
  - Evaluate site conditions to prepare work scopes
  What We’re Looking For
  1–5+ years of construction estimating experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and projects
- Friendly, professional, and client-facing attitude
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
