Description

This role focuses on guiding customers through the early stages of a benefits enrollment conversation. You’ll work with people who are already engaging in the process, follow a clear framework, and help move each conversation toward a next step. You’ll be part of a collaborative team while managing your own customer flow and daily rhythm. Training and support are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with customers beginning the enrollment process

• Ask thoughtful questions to understand needs and priorities

• Present benefit options clearly and confidently

• Guide customers through enrollment and next steps

• Keep notes and progress organized

• Share updates and collaborate with team members as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable leading one-on-one customer conversations

• Self-directed with strong time management

• Clear, friendly communication style

• Organized and reliable with follow-through

• Open to coaching, feedback, and growth
