2. About the Opportunity:

The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting subscribers and contributing to the ongoing growth and strength of local news and information services. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers, using communication and problem-solving skills to create positive experiences and uphold service quality.

3. Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

• Support subscribers to maintain satisfaction and retention

• Contribute to the growth and strength of the subscriber base

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Compensation ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, plus incentives based on performance and dedication
