Dairy Clerk

Description

    • Summary

      A Dairy Clerk is first and foremost responsible for guest relations and satisfaction by building a reputation for Ultimate Service. Perform all job duties but not limited to guest service, safety, cleanliness, general housekeeping, and other duties as may be assigned by management.

      Key Responsibilities

      When a guest enters my area or department, my first and most important responsibility becomes to acknowledge, greet, and engage that guest
    • Exceed our guests’ expectations for service and build a reputation for outstanding guest service
    • Follow daily duties and ensure they are completed in an accurate and timely manner
    • Maintain a clean work area
    • Maintain good vault and backroom appearance - must be organized and clean at all times
    • Follow daily work schedule as assigned by management
    • Maintain proper stock levels
    • Keep the shelves full of ad merchandise and items kept in back stock
    • Perform proper rotation when stocking any products
    • Clean spills as they happen or they are noticed, never leave a spill unattended
    • Other duties as assigned by management

    Key Requirements

    Perform all physical aspects of the job, including but not limited to bending, lifting, squatting, climbing and walking at a fast pace
  • Ability to reach to a height of 5 feet
  • Follow all safety regulations in accordance with the team member handbook
  • Ability to work within a freezer for 15 minutes
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Ability to accept coaching related to performance, work habits and attitude
  • Attend meetings and training sessions when called upon
  • Ability to function as a team member and get along with others
