About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk/Virtual Assistant to join our team. This full-time, remote position offers the flexibility to work from your own home while supporting our administrative and data management needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records, managing communication channels, and supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth operations across departments.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in the sports industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data in our database, ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Organize and manage electronic and physical files for easy retrieval and security
- Respond promptly to emails and phone calls, providing professional communication support
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination
