We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team at our headquarters. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Position Overview:
As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our databases and systems. You will report directly to the Data Management Supervisor and work closely with other team members to ensure the integrity and security of our data.
Pay: $31 - $34 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
• Enter data into designated databases and systems.
• Check and verify data accuracy and correct any errors.
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Follow data entry policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to report any data-related issues.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
