What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide administrative support through data entry, document processing, and scanning
- Receive and accurately process documents from both electronic and hard copy formats
- Follow internal processes to identify gaps in required information
- Create a database of information by identifying documents and their purposes
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM on a computer
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
