What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team on projects and issue resolution
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance knowledge of the industry and processes
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Typing speed of 50 to 60 words per minute

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus
  • Strong tech experience preferred
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
