- This position must be located in Denver, CO; Overland Park, KS; Frisco, TX; Atlanta, GA; or Bellevue, WA. This is not a remote role, this is a hybrid schedule requiring at least 3 days a week in office.

We’re looking for a Designer who can turn strategy into visuals that stop the scroll, spark action, and elevate the brand. You’ll bring sharp design sensibility, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life across digital, print, and retail environments.
As part of T-Studios, you’ll work closely with art directors, copywriters, and studio managers to deliver consistent, on-brand creative—from OOH and motion to presentations, toolkits, and campaign support. You know how to work fast, stay flexible, and make the work better with every round.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design for a wide range of deliverables including email, direct mail, retail, social, print, motion, and internal-facing creative
- Translate creative briefs and ideas into thoughtful, high-quality visual executions
- Collaborate with creative partners and studio managers to ensure accurate delivery and on-brand alignment
- Explore multiple solutions and iterate quickly based on feedback
- Ensure design files are clean, organized, and prepped for production
- Follow T-Mobile’s brand system while pushing for smart, creative design solutions
- Participate in brainstorms, team reviews, and cross-functional work sessions
- Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices
What You’ll Bring:
- 1–3 years of design experience in agency, studio, or in-house environments
- A portfolio that shows clean execution, strong typography, and brand-aware design thinking
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and collaborative instincts
- Curiosity around AI, automation, and evolving creative tools
- Passion for design that’s not just beautiful—but purposeful
- A team-first attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help however needed
