Maintains computing environment by identifying network requirements, installing upgrades, and monitoring network performance.

Job Responsibilities

Knowledge of troubleshooting Cisco AV equipment, Crestron, and Epson projectors in both video conference and non-video conference room setups.
Able to work with vendors and network teams to activate and commission Cisco AV equipment using the Cisco Control Hub.
Tracing conference room data ports with the network team using terminal and commands.
Proficiency in MS Teams' integration with Cisco Control Hub and the ability to troubleshoot related issues.
Knowledge of troubleshooting/rebooting Bright Sign devices.
Knowledge of how to connect Cisco AV room equipment into a Webex or Microsoft Teams meeting and troubleshoot meeting issues.
High-level knowledge of collaboration tools for implementing video conferencing infrastructure/endpoints, VOICE telephony/contact center, and AV over IP system integration.
Monitoring skills for Cisco Webex calls, events, MS Teams calls, and MS Teams live events, along with the ability to prepare detailed reports.
High-quality customer service and working with executives.
Proven experience in a network administrator role
Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching
Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
Experience with firewalls, Internet VPNs, remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
Ability to set up and configure server hardware
Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking
CCNA, Network+, CCNP, CCDP, CCIE, or equivalent
BSc degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from three-year College or technical school with an emphasis in electronics required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
