At RedSail, we’re transforming pharmacy and healthcare software through innovation and a commitment to data-driven decision making. We are building a next-generation data platform powered by Microsoft Fabric to unify ERP, operational, and customer data across all lines of business. We are seeking a hands-on Director of Data Architecture to lead this strategic initiative and drive impact across our go-to-market and internal teams.

                    Role Overview

We are looking for a technically strong and strategically minded Director of Data Architecture to lead RedSail’s ERP data architecture and analytics practice. This role will be the cornerstone for integrating and enabling data-driven insights across Marketing, Sales, Implementation, Customer Support, Finance, and other departments.

You will own the architecture, design, and implementation of modern data solutions on Microsoft Fabric, while also driving stakeholder engagement and cross-functional alignment.

                    Key Duties

Architect and operationalize Microsoft Fabric solutions (including OneLake, Lakehouse’s, Data Factory, and Power BI) to support real-time and historical analytics for ERP data.
                  • Define and enforce data governance, security, quality, and documentation standards across all ERP-related datasets.
                  • Design, build, and maintain semantic models in Power BI that support self-service reporting across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Support, and Finance.
                  • Lead the integration of ERP and CRM data sources (e.g., Dynamics 365, Bespoke CRMs, etc.) into the centralized Fabric Lakehouse environment.
                  • Define and manage a data product framework aligned with business domains, including ownership, SLAs, quality rules, and access policies.
                  • Partner with executive leadership to establish KPIs and reporting strategies aligned with company goals and business unit metrics.
                  • Build and enforce standards for data ingestion, transformation, and distribution pipelines, ensuring security, scalability, and observability.
                  • Serve as the bridge between business users and data engineering teams, translating functional requirements into technical data solutions.
                  • Drive enablement and adoption of Fabric tools across analysts, developers, and business users through training and documentation.
                  • Conduct hands-on solution design and code reviews, contributing to complex ETL pipelines and Lakehouse optimizations.
                  • Guide the modernization of legacy reporting solutions by consolidating siloed systems into a unified Microsoft Fabric environment.
                  • Establish and track a data architecture roadmap with milestones for delivery, refactoring, automation, and Fabric feature adoption.
                  • Collaborate with Finance and other key RedSail Departments to ensure data accuracy, reconciliation, and auditability within their datasets.
                  • Work with Implementation and Support leadership to deliver analytics on deployment timelines, ticket resolution, customer satisfaction, and other operational KPIs.
                  • Champion data quality management practices, implementing monitoring and alerting for critical data flows.
                  • Migrate our existing Microsoft SQL Server DB’s into Fabric.
