Our teams of technical experts specialize in harnessing live sporting data, using advanced cloud technologies, Java, JavaScript and Python. Responsibilities
As a successful Employee Development Coordinator at Stats Perform, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful learning experiences across the business, with a particular focus on early careers and intern development. You will support the end-to-end coordination of the internship program and contribute to wider employee development initiatives. You’ll build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders - including HR, hiring managers, and third-party providers - to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences that align with business goals.
With your knowledge of learning programs, stakeholder needs, and early talent development, you’ll help create meaningful experiences that support growth, performance, and retention across the organization.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
This is a fully remote role; however, to ensure alignment with internal team schedules, candidates must be based in the U.S. Central or Eastern time zones.
As An Employee Development Coordinator, You Will
- Own the coordination and delivery of the internship program, including recruitment support, onboarding, engagement events, and feedback collection.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for interns throughout their lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to ensure alignment between intern placements and business needs.
- Act as program manager for the Management Development Program, coordinating with external providers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the creation, rollout, and tracking of learning and development initiatives, including digital content and compliance training.
- Support the Learning & Development team with project planning, reporting, and documentation for internal learning programs.
- Help facilitate global New Hire Orientation sessions as needed.
- Track participation, feedback, and learning metrics to assess impact and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to ad hoc learning initiatives that promote continuous development across the business.
- Collaborate with internal departments (such as Sales, HR, Compliance, and IT) to support functional training and onboarding.
- Ensure all activities reflect a high standard of employee experience and are consistent with the company’s learning culture and values.
- Degree in HR, Business, Education, Psychology, Communications is preferred but not essential if candidate has relevant experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in L&D, talent, HR, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating programs or training initiatives in a corporate environment.
- Experience managing or supporting internships or early career programs.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Experience working with external vendors or third-party training providers.
- Training support/facilitation experience.
