Description

      • are seeking an experienced and proactive Endpoint Engineer to oversee and manage endpoint operations, with a strong focus on SCCM administration, PowerShell scripting, vulnerability remediation, and patch lifecycle management.

        Key Responsibilities:

        Lead and manage end-to-end endpoint device management, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
      • Administer and maintain Microsoft SCCM/MECM infrastructure, including software deployments, application packaging, OS imaging, and patching.
      • Develop and maintain complex PowerShell scripts for automation, compliance reporting, and remediation tasks.
      • Manage monthly patching cycles, vulnerability remediation efforts, and ensure compliance with InfoSec policies.
      • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to address endpoint vulnerabilities using tools such as Qualys, Tenable, or equivalent.
      • Provide Tier 3 support and troubleshoot endpoint issues impacting performance, access, or security.
      • Monitor and analyze endpoint health metrics, generating reports and actionable insights for continuous service improvement.
      • Coordinate with global teams for rollout planning, incident resolution, and change implementations.
      • Lead or participate in projects related to endpoint modernization, automation, and compliance.
      • Document processes, procedures, and configurations in accordance with change and knowledge management best practices.

      Required Qualifications:

      Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM in a mid to large-scale enterprise environment.
    • Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and system management tasks.
    • Strong experience in vulnerability management and endpoint patching strategies.
    • Solid understanding of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security controls.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and lead small teams or initiatives.
    • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
    • Customer-focused mindset with attention to service quality.
    • Strong documentation and presentation skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience with Intune, Azure AD.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow for incident/change/problem management.
  • Knowledge of software deployment strategies in hybrid environments.
  • ITIL v3 or v4 certification is a plus.
